EX-G WIRELESS
FAQs
Ergonomic wireless thumb trackball for everyday comfort
EX-G lets you steer with your thumb while your palm rests comfortably on top. Your arm and wrist stay still, and the buttons sit where they would on a regular mouse, so it feels familiar from the first day. It's an easy, affordable way to try a trackball.
Its shape follows six key bones and muscles of the hand, so your grip stays loose through the workday. A gaming-grade optical sensor tracks accurately, and large 2.5mm artificial ruby supports keep the 34mm ball rolling smoothly. The rubies are big enough that dust doesn't bury them, so you clean less often.
Six buttons keep your shortcuts close, including back and forward, a tilt wheel for side scrolling and a ring-finger function button. OMRON switches give the main buttons a crisp click that lasts. The tiny USB receiver keeps your desk cable-free, and one AA battery runs it for months.

How do I clean it?
Push the ball out through the opening on the bottom and wipe the ball and ruby supports with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Why does the cursor skip or feel jumpy?
Clean the ball and supports first, since dust and skin oils are the most common cause. Then move the receiver closer, try a different USB port and avoid using it directly on a metal desk.
Is a thumb trackball hard to learn?
Thumb trackballs keep the same button layout as a regular mouse, so most people adjust within a few days. Start on a lower speed setting while your hand gets used to it.
