Description

Bitra Index is a compact, quiet trackball made to travel. It's about 30% smaller than our EX-G PRO, fits smaller hands comfortably and slips into the included shock-absorbing pouch with room for a spare battery. Take precise trackball control from home to the office to the coffee shop.

Despite its size, it carries a full 34mm ball under your index finger, where you have the most range and finest control. One easy roll covers a lot of screen, and the ball pops out from the bottom for cleaning. Back and forward buttons and a scroll wheel cover everyday browsing and file work.

Connect two devices, one over Bluetooth and one over the included receiver, and switch with a flip of the switch. Silent switches keep clicks quiet anywhere. The receiver stores inside the trackball, and one AAA battery runs it for up to 9 months.

FAQs

Is it compatible with Mac and Windows?

Can I connect it to two devices?

Yes. Pair one device over Bluetooth and one over the receiver, then flip the switch to move between them.

Do I need to charge it?

No. It runs on one AAA battery, included. A light tells you when the battery is low, and the pouch has room for a spare.

Is it good for travel?

Yes. It's about 30% smaller than EX-G PRO, the receiver stores inside, and the included shock-absorbing pouch protects it in your bag.

Are the clicks quiet?

Yes. Bitra uses silent switches, so clicks don't carry in libraries, cafes or meetings.

Can I customize the buttons?

Yes. Use the free ELECOM Mouse Assistant to assign your own functions to the buttons.

What size replacement ball do I need?

Bitra Index uses a 34mm ball. Replacement ball M-B1RD is sold separately.

Index or thumb: which Bitra should I get?

Bitra Index puts a larger 34mm ball under your index finger for more range and precision. Bitra Thumb uses a 25mm ball under your thumb with a mouse-like button layout that's quicker to learn.
